Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for their facilities in Des Moines, Iowa. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform the required tasks. The tasks include waste and recycle receptacle maintenance, policing grounds, cleaning surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. The contractor must also establish and maintain a complete Quality Control Plan and provide a list of contractor-furnished items and services.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for janitorial services
* Establishing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan
* Coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for access to secure areas
* Ensuring all contractor employees are properly trained and equipped

* Coordinating with the COR for any changes or issues that may arise during the contract period
