The US Navy is seeking sources for the provision of six Handheld RF Spectrum Analyzers Oscor Max and five MESA 2.0 upgrades to the Joint Staff. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Research Electronics International LLC on a sole source basis. Interested parties are invited to respond to this market research survey/sources sought synopsis by submitting a tailored executive summary.
