The Gwinnett County Government is seeking informal written quotations for the purchase of ADA Pool Lifts. The lifts must be ADA compliant, UL safety certified, portable, and have a weight capacity greater than 300lbs. They must also have a flip-up armrest, a minimum 255-degree rotation, and be compatible with the current Aqua Creek Linak battery system. The preferred color is blue and white. The quotation should include the price of the lifts, including all costs associated with the purchase, such as shipping and delivery. The vendor should also provide information about the product, including the brand name, model, and catalog number.
• The quotation should be submitted via email to [email protected] or mailed to the Gwinnett County Department of Financial Services, 2nd Floor - Purchasing Division, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia, 30046.
• The vendor should provide a certification of non-collusion in quote preparation.
• The vendor should provide a certification of compliance with the Illegal Immigration Reform Enhancements for 2013.
• The vendor should provide a subcontractor affidavit and agreement, if applicable.
