7A--Artificial Intelligence Mapping Tool for OTS BOGS

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a single source contractor to provide an Artificial Intelligence Mapping Tool for OTS BOGS. The tool should be able to batch feed legal descriptions to the AI agent, cutting mapping time down significantly, and meet the data mapping standards. The contractor should have a proprietary tool that is not commercially available and cannot be obtained elsewhere. The project duration is one year, and the estimated total amount is $24,940.00. • The tool should be able to map PLSS legal land descriptions, which represent a significant portion of the legal land descriptions in the Division's unmapped inventories. • The tool should be able to match the data to TAAMS field for easy joining of data back into the BIA GIS System. • The contractor should have unique qualifications, such as highly specialized supply or service, and exclusive licensing agreements.
