The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for construction of beach and day use facilities on the west side of the park, including parking, restrooms, sidewalks, shade shelters, sitework, landscaping, paving, and other activities. The project includes various bid items such as mobilization, construction surveying, stormwater controls, demolition and site clearing, excavation and embankment, and more.
