S299--Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning RFQ Amendment to Answer Questions

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 is seeking a contractor to provide Internal and External Window Cleaning Services at Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The contract is for a period of one year with four possible option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the window cleaning services. • The contractor must be a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The contractor must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer. • The contractor must provide a statement regarding the terms and conditions in the solicitation. • The contractor must submit quotes electronically via email to Jeannie Ortiz, Contracting Officer. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Act.
