Custodial Services at City Parking Decks

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for custodial services at city parking decks. The contract will require a 10% M/WBE participation and the city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held to explain the scope of work and answer questions.
