Description
The University of Hawaii is seeking bids for the provision of one 1/2 ton crew cab pickup truck and one 3/4 ton crew cab pickup truck, both with fork lift loadable rack systems. The trucks should have a cab protector, tow package, lift gate, and rear camera system. Bidders must submit their bids through the HIePRO system, and the bid price should include all applicable taxes, transportation, and delivery fees. The university reserves the right to verify the validity of the bids and the compliance of the bidders with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The bid should include the total bid price for each truck, as well as the manufacturer and model number offered.
• The bid should include the total bid amount, which should be entered into the HIePRO system.
• The bidder should provide proof of compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes, including the Hawaii General Excise Tax Laws.
• The bidder should provide a completed Mandatory Bid Form, which includes the bid price list, bid signature page, and business classification certification statement.
• The bidder should provide a completed Motor Vehicle License Selling Requirement form, which includes the state license number and certification that the information provided is true and correct.
