Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is conducting market research to identify industry partners capable of providing electrochemiluminescence (ECL) multiplex assay kits for the identification of microbial toxins. The required kits must have the following specifications:
* Primary Function: Identification of microbial toxins, including Ricin, Botulinum, and Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB).
* Antibody Compatibility: Must support the use of government-furnished antibodies for both capture and detection of antigens.
* Analyzer Compatibility: Must be compatible with Meso Scale Diagnostics (MSD) PR2 1800 and/or SQ 120 analyzers.
The interested firms must provide a response that includes company data, technical capability, product information, and assumptions.
* Company Data: Company name and address, CAGE code, point of contact.
* Technical Capability: Description of expertise in providing ECL multiplex assay kits, manufacturing readiness, maturity, and maximum monthly production rate.
* Product Information: Details on currently available assay kits, confirmation of compatibility with the specified MSD analyzers, explanation of how the kits incorporate user-provided antibodies.
* Assumptions: A list of any assumed Government support or Government-Furnished Property (GFP) required.
