Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the rehabilitation of one home located in Cherokee County. The scope of work includes repairs such as carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, paint and finish, and plumbing. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. The project must be completed within 35 working days, and the bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
