The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to supply, deliver, install, test, and warranty a new commercial‑duty 12 000‑lb capacity two‑post vehicle lift (including accessories, electrical and air workstations, and documentation) for the VA New Jersey Health Care System – Lyons Campus, Building 49 Bay 5. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract; all equipment must be new OEM, authorized dealer items, with Buy‑American preference and strict gray‑market prohibitions. Offerors must submit SAM‑registered UEI numbers, SBA VetCert certification, and a signed Limitations on Subcontracting certificate. Evaluation will consider technical compliance, price, delivery schedule (lead time to be proposed), and past performance. The installation must be completed within 30 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed.
