The Berrien Springs Public Schools is seeking bids for the Middle School Ceiling and Lighting Improvements - Phase 3 project. The project includes replacing lay-in ceiling systems, diffusers, and lighting with new ones. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the published Berrien County, Michigan prevailing wage rates and provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
