Description
The St. Joseph County ISD is seeking bids for the Pathfinder Center Playground Improvements project. The project includes site clearing, earth moving, aggregate base, storm drainage, concrete paving, play equipment, playground surfacing, topsoil placement, landscaping, and soil erosion control. The ISD anticipates a decision on award of a contract at its Board meeting on February 16, 2026, with construction beginning by May 1, 2026, and substantial completion by July 31, 2016. Prospective bidders can obtain plans and specifications electronically via DropBox by contacting Woody Isaacs. A bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the total proposal amount is required.
