Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Delaware County. The work includes carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and site work, and must be completed within 27 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office to receive preference.
• The bidder must provide proof of certification and fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American provisions and the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and warranties for the work.
• The bidder must complete the Request for Acceptance of Subcontractor and provide all required documentation within three days of notification of award.
