Description
The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to provide a complete electrical service upgrade and obstruction‑lighting installation on the Wyatt Water Tower. The work includes removing existing service equipment, installing a new meter pedestal, panelboard, underground conduit, grounding system, and a LED obstruction‑lighting system with photo‑electric controls. All work must comply with NEC, NESC, and local codes, and include shop drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and a two‑year warranty.
• Install new electrical service (meter pedestal, panelboard, conduit, grounding, etc.) and remove the existing service.
• Provide a LED flood‑light obstruction‑lighting system with conduit, junction boxes, and photocell controls on the tower top.
• Deliver all required shop drawings, O&M manuals, and meet city‑specified insurance, bonding, and safety requirements; provide a 2‑year warranty after final acceptance.
