Description
The Washington Department of Enterprise Services is seeking qualified contractors to replace the HVAC system and roof of the D Building at Bellevue College. The scope includes complete removal of existing HVAC equipment, installation of new heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning units, full roof deck replacement, waterproofing, insulation, and associated flashing. The project also requires compliance with state‑mandated apprenticeship hours, prevailing‑wage rates, and voluntary diversity participation goals. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline, with required Form A attached and Form B emailed within 48 hours of submission.
• Replace all HVAC equipment (compressors, ducts, controls) in the D Building.
