Description
The project involves the replacement of flooring in OE 110 and 160 at Washtenaw Community College. The scope of work includes moving furniture, removing existing carpet and base, inspecting and cleaning floor slabs, patching minor imperfections, installing new flooring, and replacing furniture. The project is expected to be completed by January 9, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide a schedule and work plan, obtain necessary permits, and comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and meet the bonding and insurance requirements.
• The contractor must provide a list of proposed sub-contractors and material suppliers.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including MI-OSHA requirements.
• The contractor must maintain all qualifications and resources throughout the duration of the contract.
