Parkland Health is seeking a vendor to deliver an AI‑driven autonomous medical‑coding solution that will automatically assign ICD‑10‑CM, CPT, HCPCS, and related codes for outpatient, ambulatory, emergency, and day‑surgery encounters, reducing claim denials and improving coding accuracy. The solution must integrate with EPIC EMR, EPIC billing, and 3M 360 CAC, support HL7 v2/FHIR interfaces, and meet rigorous HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and PCI security standards. A fixed‑price IDIQ contract will run for a three‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions. The District requires a minimum 95 % coding accuracy, an 85 % confidence threshold, and a robust reporting suite.
