Northfield Ambulance Facility Project

The Town of Northfield is seeking a project manager for the construction of a new Ambulance Facility. The facility will include an apparatus bay, crew living spaces, administrative offices, conference room, and training room, as well as associated site development work. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the facility. Key aspects of the project include: • Construction of a new facility for the Ambulance Department • Associated site development work, including utilities, parking, driveways, walkways, and plantings • Overseeing the construction process to ensure timely and within-budget completion • Coordinating with town officials, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
