Description
The City of Crescent City is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build construction of a storm‑drain system along F Street between 3.5 mi and 5th Street. The work includes demolition of existing utilities, installation of HDPE storm‑drain pipes (12‑, 18‑, 24‑, 36‑inch), concrete inlets, junction boxes, new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and ADA‑compliant corner ramps, as well as associated grading, paving, traffic‑control, and water‑pollution mitigation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder and will be subject to prevailing‑wage, Buy‑America, and HUD Section 3 requirements.
• Complete civil‑construction scope: pipe installation, manholes, inlets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and pavement.
• Must provide 10 % bid bond, 100 % performance/payment bonds, and meet extensive labor‑hour reporting (Section 3) and prevailing‑wage obligations.
• Project schedule: 100 calendar‑day construction period after Notice to Proceed, with a final completion deadline of 28 Feb 2027.
