Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Hirsch, for the installation of Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapon Division (NAWCWD) China Lake and Point Mugu. The installation is required to be in compliance with DoD 5200.01 Volume 3, DoD Information Security Program, Protection of Classified Information and OPNAV INST 5530.14E, Navy Physical Security and Law Enforcement Program.
• The contractor will be responsible for the installation of AECS at two locations: NAWCWD China Lake and Point Mugu.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and law enforcement.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement and proof of authorized distributorship.
• The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price that is technically acceptable.
