Notice of Intent To Sole Source Columbia VAMC Floor Replacement (em)

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to JM Federal Service, LLC for the procurement of one-time replacement of flooring in Ward 4 East (4E) at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The work includes demolition and removal of existing flooring, surface preparation, and installation of new flooring. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The period of performance is three months, and the work must be conducted during regular hours. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies.
