Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care and snow removal services at the LSFO location in Colorado. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031. The contractor will be required to provide a technical proposal detailing their capabilities, resources, and past performance, as well as a pricing schedule. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, with a total contract value of approximately $107,553.85.
• The contractor must have an active registration on www.sam.gov.
• The contractor must comply with Section 889 clauses.
• The contractor must submit invoices directly to www.ipp.gov.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal detailing their capabilities, resources, and past performance.
• The contractor must provide a pricing schedule.
• The contractor must have experience with landscaping services, specifically lawn care and snow removal.
