Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on typical VA renovation contracts for building demolition, lead‑based paint abatement, and radiologic survey work, the total contract value is likely to fall between half a million and two million US dollars. The lower end reflects a minimal demolition and survey scope, while the higher end accounts for extensive removal, hazardous material disposal, and detailed radiologic reporting. Factors influencing the final amount include the extent of existing infrastructure, lead‑paint contamination levels, and any additional safety training (e.g., confined‑space rescue) required.
