Description
The Township of Evesham is seeking one or more qualified firms to join a pool of Historic Property Architects/Engineers to provide professional services throughout 2026 for preservation projects on locally designated and nationally registered historic properties. The work includes design, engineering, permitting assistance, grant‑writing, on‑site supervision, and attendance at council/manager meetings, all performed in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards. A fixed‑fee for the calendar year and detailed hourly rates must be submitted.
