Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to determine their interest, capabilities, and qualifications to provide service and support for the Philips Azurion 7 M20 Cath Lab #2 system located at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, full remedial maintenance, annual software support, detector coverage, unlimited x-ray tubes, and software updates. The contractor will also provide technical support and assistance within one hour of a telephone request for troubleshooting assistance. Some key requirements include compliance with various federal laws and regulations, such as FISMA, HIPAA, and the Privacy Act of 1974. The contractor must also ensure that all delivered applications and systems comply with VA's Identity and Access Management policies and guidelines.
• The contract will be for a 12-month base period starting from September 29, 2026, to September 28, 2027.
• The contractor must provide software services for proprietary reporting, assignment, interface software, and all licenses.
• The contractor must have VA-approved remote connectivity for remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and expedited repair remediation.
• The contractor must provide on-site service and support by Philips Certified Technicians for the Philips Azurion 7 M20 system.
