Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide uniform alterations services. The contract will be a firm-fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) and will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. The evaluation criteria will include technical acceptability, price, past performance, and the offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the solicitation. The contractor will be required to provide their Contractor's UEI Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and other information with their quote.
* The contractor must have a current SAM record at the time of quotation.
* The contractor must provide their company name, Cage Code, UEI, company address, and contact information with their quote.
* The contractor must reference RFQ #FA665626Q0014 in their quotation and email subject line.
* The contract will include clauses related to payment, invoicing, and contract administration.
* The contractor will be required to use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system to submit payment requests and receiving reports.
* The contract will include provisions related to security, labor standards, and other regulatory requirements.
