The California Department of Justice is seeking a single full‑time senior project manager to lead its transition to the statewide Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal). The contractor will provide end‑to‑end project‑management services, including schedule development, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, change‑management planning, status reporting, and knowledge‑transfer deliverables under a 24‑month Master Services Agreement (with a possible 12‑month extension). The work can be performed remotely or onsite at DOJ headquarters in Sacramento and requires the resource to be available ~200 hours per month.
