Description
The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a firm fixed price contract for the supply of OEM Condensing unit and Air Handler unit from Marc Climate Controls, Inc. The contract is for the AMMO LOCKER AC project. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the items to the specified location. The project duration is approximately 93 days. The contract will be awarded based on the most advantageous offer, considering factors such as technical capability, price, and past performance.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor must report the information required by the clause at 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports.
• The contractor must use the WAWF system to submit payment requests and receiving reports.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a certification regarding trafficking in persons compliance plan.
