WFL 2027-12 Electricity Supply Bid

The Wayne‑Finger Lakes BOCES, together with multiple school districts, counties, cities, towns and villages, is seeking qualified electricity suppliers to provide wholesale power to all participating entities for the calendar year 2027. Bidders must be pre‑approved by NYSEG, RG&E, National Grid and the New York State Public Service Commission, and must submit a sealed bid (hard copy or electronic via IonWave) by 1:00 PM on 27 Oct 2026. The contract will run from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 (12 monthly delivery periods) and pricing will be based on the NYISO Day‑Ahead Market (DAM) index plus a fixed adder and loss factors. Participants may be added or removed during the term, and the contract may be extended up to one month (or three months with contractor consent).
