Description
The Red Rocks Community College is seeking architectural/engineering/consulting services for the East Wing Renovation project. The project involves renovating approximately 3,900 GSF to relocate Marketing and President’s Office, with an additional 860 GSF of renovation to the Foundation Office. The project is expected to start in Spring Semester 2027, with a targeted occupancy date of Fall Semester 2027. The college is looking for a firm with experience in projects of similar scope and complexity, and a team that can provide quality control methodology, budget methodology, and project approach.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-submittal conference and site tour.
• The firm must have a license to practice Architecture in Colorado and experience with projects of similar scope and size.
• The firm must have been operating from a Colorado address for a minimum of five years.
• The firm must register with the Federal System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity ID number in their submittal.
