Request for Proposal - New York Main Street Grant Program

The Tioga County Property Development Corporation (TCPDC), located at 56 Main Street, Owego, NY 13827, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified General Contractors in accordance with the project scope that is attached. NYS certified Minority/Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) firms are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal, and/or engage with the project as a subcontractor. All bids made by subcontractors must be a part of and included under a General Contractors bid. This project does not trigger Davis-Bacon requirements and is not subject to federal prevailing wage provisions.
