Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The scope of work includes carpentry, concrete, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, paint and finish, and plumbing. The successful bidder must complete the job within 45 working days and comply with Tribal rules and regulations, including obtaining TERO certification. The bidder must also provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, general liability, and automobile coverage.
• The bidder must submit a Mandatory Bid Response sheet and a Work Write-Up.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American provisions and the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The bidder must provide a warranty for the work against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year.
• The bidder must submit all required documentation, including insurance certificates, within three days of notification of award.
