Genetic Testing Services

The New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA) is seeking qualified vendors to enter into a statewide price agreement for DNA‑based genetic parentage testing. The services will be performed upon court order to determine parentage and may also be provided voluntarily under agency‑approved circumstances. The agreement is a competitive sealed‑bid (ITB) with a one‑year base term and up to three optional one‑year extensions, for a maximum contract duration of four years.
