Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research (Sources Sought) for a non‑personnel services contract to provide 24/7/365 ground transportation for family members of soldiers in the National Capital Region (Washington, DC; Maryland; Virginia). The contractor must be DTMO‑approved, supply vehicles, drivers, and all related logistics, respond to service calls within four hours, and meet strict safety, licensing, and cultural‑sensitivity standards. The contract will be a one‑year base period with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and will require the contractor to handle between 0 and 70 service calls per month, with each vehicle capable of carrying at least four passengers and six bags. Small‑business participation is encouraged, and a set‑aside may be awarded if two or more qualified small firms respond.
