Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to Environmental Resources Management Inc. (ERM) for marine mammal tissue analysis to evaluate oil exposure. This is the second phase of a two-phase project, and ERM has already completed the initial work, developing and validating the analytic chemistry methods. The project requires highly specialized technical services, and ERM is the only source capable of providing them at the required level of quality. The period of performance is one year from the date of award.
