Description
The Town of Ludlow is seeking bids for the installation of a carport at the Senior Center. The project includes the construction of a 40' wide, 30' deep, and 15' high carport with shed roof, installation of helical support piers, pressure treated support posts and beams, roof rafters and framing, and asphalt roofing and accessories. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in historic preservation, rehabilitation, and similar projects. The bid documents are available upon request, and a site visit is scheduled for April 8, 2026.
• The carport must be constructed with a shed roof
• The contractor must install helical support piers, pressure treated support posts and beams, roof rafters and framing, and asphalt roofing and accessories
• The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in historic preservation, rehabilitation, and similar projects
• The contractor must demonstrate the ability to adhere to the supplementary conditions if needed
• The contractor must provide at least three profiles of similar projects/services completed in the last five years
