Fulton County seeks a qualified firm to design, implement, and manage an Alternative Senior Transportation Service that leverages Transportation Network Companies (e.g., Uber, Lyft) to provide up to ten (10) one‑way trips per month for eligible ambulatory seniors. The contractor must set up a dispatch platform, integrate with TNC APIs, offer phone‑based concierge scheduling, handle real‑time vehicle tracking, ETA updates, and automated $1 cost‑share processing.
