NOAA/OMAO/AOC - Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Loaner Engines

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking information on potential sources to fulfill the requirement of loaner engines for their aircraft. The loaner engines are needed to ensure mission continuity, fleet sustainability, and minimize the risk of aircraft downtime or unscheduled maintenance. The required loaner engines include two PT6A-60A BE350 loaner engines and two PT6A-27 Twin Otter loaner engines, which must be provided to the Lakeland, FL facility by no later than September 1, 2026. • The capability statement should include company profile, statement of capabilities, and availability of loaner engines. • The statement of capabilities should not exceed 10 pages. • The response should include a Certificate or authentication confirming Pratt & Whitney authorized distributor. • The response should be submitted to Jennifer Peters, Contract Specialist, via email at [email protected] by no later than 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, June 4, 2026.
