The Town of Brookhaven is seeking engineering services for the Barton Avenue Culvert at Swan River, Patchogue, NY. The project is funded by the New York State Department of Transportation Bridge NY funding program and must conform to NYSDOT requirements. The use of NYS registered M/WBE firms as primary or sub-contractors is required with an overall combined goal of 26% (13% MBE / 13% WBE) and NYS registered SDVOB with an overall goal of 6%. • The project involves the furnishing of supplies, equipment, and/or services subject to the terms and conditions and special instruction of this RFP. • Proposals must be received and accepted at the Purchasing Division Office located at One Independence Hill, Third Floor, Farmingville, NY 11738 no later than 4:30 PM on the date indicated on the invitation to Proposers. • The project requires conformance to NYSDOT requirements for project reports, design specifications, construction, and NYSDOT concurrence, including all requirements of the NYSDOT Local Projects Manual.
