FY27 Opentext/Xmedius Maintenance/Support

This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide maintenance and support services for the agency’s Opentext/Xmedius software, which is integrated with its VOIP fax system. The contract is a Quick Quote (RFQ) under an existing MMA agreement (#7485) with a coverage period from August 1 2026 through July 31 2027. Bidders must submit a formal quote/proposal to be considered, and the award will be based on the lowest bid on the State Treasury System (STS). The work involves software upkeep, troubleshooting, patch management, and ensuring seamless VOIP fax operations throughout the contract term. • Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support for Opentext/Xmedius. • Ensure compatibility and reliable operation with the agency’s VOIP fax infrastructure. • Deliver services for a 12‑month period (8/1/26‑7/31/27) under MMA agreement #7485. • Submit a complete quote/proposal; only those with attached documentation will be evaluated. • Award based on lowest bid using the STS platform, with a preference for MBE‑qualified firms.
