Marsh Creek Park – Site and Utilities Improvements for Outdoor Pavilion

The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the construction of site and utility improvements for an outdoor pavilion at Marsh Creek Park. The project includes site preparation, erosion controls, tree protection, site grading, and hydroseeding. The pavilion will be installed via a separate contract, and the site contractor will be required to coordinate with the pavilion installer.
