Jimae Court Reconstruction

The City of Independence is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide goods and/or services for the reconstruction and widening of Jimae Court. The project includes new asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutters, drainage improvements, grading, and storm sewer upgrades. The successful bidder will be required to perform the tasks identified in the Invitation for Bid. Key aspects of the project include: * Reconstruction and widening of Jimae Court * New asphalt pavement and concrete curb and gutters * Drainage improvements, including grading and storm sewer upgrades * The project requires a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in the Invitation for Bid * Bids will be received until December 18, 2025, at 11:00 am * The project is expected to be completed within 60 days from the date of Bid Opening.
