Description

The City and County of Denver's Office of Children's Affairs and Office of Neighborhood Safety are seeking providers to deliver intensive, one-on-one support, including case management, mentorship, wraparound services, referrals to out-of-school activities, and family support, to students and families in high-need communities. The goal is to prevent youth violence by centering young people most impacted, building trusting, transformational relationships, and providing holistic, wraparound support. Key services include transformational relationships/intensive mentorship, wraparound support and family engagement, community and resource connection, and school-based restorative practices. • The RFP is open to community-based organizations, including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. • The contract is for two years, with the second year contingent upon a successful assessment and evaluation of the provider's performance. • The anticipated initial award per contract for the first year is $80,000. • Funding is paid on a reimbursement basis only. • Providers must meet minimum insurance requirements and maintain a current Certificate of Insurance. • Providers must track and report on outputs, including participant demographics, services provided, and connections to wraparound supports.

Budget estimate

$60,000 – $100,000

Based on the RFP, the anticipated initial award per contract for the first year is $80,000, with a total of approximately $400,000 available for all contracts. Given the scope of services and the reimbursement basis of funding, the estimated budget range for the contract could be between $60,000 and $100,000 per year, considering potential variations in service delivery costs and reimbursement rates. Factors influencing the likely payment range include the number of participants served, the intensity of services provided, and the efficiency of program operations.
