Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting quotes for pool heat pump services, term contract. The contract will require the successful quoter to provide inspection and preventative maintenance, replacement parts and equipment, and emergency/overtime services for pool heat pumps. The quoter must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades and must submit a completed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2, listing the work to be performed by any subcontractor/subconsultant. The quoter must also provide a copy of all applicable Certificates of Competency or Licenses issued by the State of Florida or the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board.
• The contract term is not specified, but the quoter must ensure that all required certifications, licenses, and permits are maintained and current throughout the term of the contract.
• The quoter must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, disability, sex, age, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, or genetic information.
• The quoter must also comply with the Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. pt. 200) and must certify that it has implemented a drug-free workplace program which meets the requirements of section 287.087, Florida Statutes.
