Description
The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide interior painting services at Central High School. The scope of work includes interior painting and associated labor tasks such as scraping, patching, and sanding of selected areas. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $50,000.00.
• The project requires compliance with Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates.
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• A site visit is strongly encouraged on February 17, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. on-site.
• All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before February 18, 2026, by 4:30 P.M.
