Request for Information - MADIS and L-MADIS Electronic Warfare (EW) System

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking information on existing commercially available Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to be integrated onto the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) Family of Systems (FoS). The desired solution should serve as the non-kinetic defeat capability for the MADIS FoS in support of the USMC air defense community. The EW system should be capable of defeating threats under all weather conditions, including day and night operations. Some key requirements for the EW system include: • Ability to defeat Group 1-3 UAS, including Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing threats • Capability to operate in all weather conditions • Ability to integrate with existing Marine Corps and Joint Force Command and Control (C2) and fire control architectures • Ability to deconflict its output with co-located systems • Ability to perform cognitive EW and machine learning to autonomously detect, track, identify, and defeat threats The USMC is seeking responses from vendors who can provide the requisite skills, resources, and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements.
