Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease a retail space in Bullhead City, Arizona, for an Armed Forces Career Center. The space must be approximately 950 Gross Square Feet and have a minimum of 552 Net Square Feet. The lease term is up to 5 years with termination rights. The space must meet specific requirements, including 24-hour unrestricted access, availability of communications infrastructure, direct access to a secondary exterior exit door, and 24-hour lighted parking for government vehicles. The successful offeror will be required to design and build alterations to the space, including installing CCTV monitors and decoders, and providing a customized video feed.
• The space must be located within a defined Delineated Area in Bullhead City, Arizona.
• The lease must be a fully serviced, turnkey lease with rent that covers all lessor costs.
• The offeror must provide a completed, signed, and dated Proposal to Lease Space form, as-built floor plan drawing, site plan, and digital photo of the street view of the property.
• The government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if such action is in the government's interest.
