REPLACE MODULAR BUILDING AT THE STOCKTON POLICE DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE

The City of Stockton is seeking a qualified Design-Build firm to provide complete, turnkey services for the demolition, removal, replacement, and commissioning of an existing modular gun range house at the Stockton Police Department Firing Range. The new modular building should be permanent, suitable for long-term law enforcement use, and compliant with all applicable codes. The scope of work includes general design-build responsibilities, demolition and site preparation, new modular range house design requirements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data, and security systems, and testing, commissioning, and acceptance. • The modular building should have an expanded Range Master's office with reinforced floor for built-in safe • A dedicated classroom for approximately 40 occupants • A break room with small kitchen • A firearm cleaning area with ventilation and filtered hood system • One interior restroom • The facility should be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all applicable accessibility standards • The facility should fully comply with all applicable California Building Code, fire, life safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency requirements
