Description
The State of Alabama is seeking quotations for acoustic receivers and supplies for the DCNR Fisheries section. The items must be exact and for an existing 69kHz coded acoustic receiver system. Vendors must be authorized resellers or distributors for the manufacturer. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization and professional licenses.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be engaged in the boycott of a person or entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which the State can enjoy open trade.
• The supplier must provide certification that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
